At the heart of its activity lies the transmission and dissemination of knowledge: the Association makes the information contained in the Archives available to researchers, collectors, and art market professionals, while continuing to expand and deepen its holdings. This work is supported by an extensive program of digitization and in-depth further research into the provenance of the recorded works.

Furthermore, upon the recommendation of an expert committee composed of three recognized specialists in the work of Georges Mathieu, the Association also issues attestations of inclusion to a Supplement to the historical Archives.
